Event Custom Fabrication

Extravaganza Productions Inc. was incredible to work with! We had a very last minute request for two custom prop chairs, and they handled everything quickly, creatively, and professionally from start to finish. As a meeting planner juggling multiple projects and clients, it was such a relief knowing I could trust them completely with this project. They pulled this off on an extremely tight timeline and truly made our team look like heroes for delivering these custom chairs to our event. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entire process so easy. Highly recommend!

Teri was great to work with and really helped elevate our event. She was quick to respond and also did a pre-meeting walk through to ensure everything we discussed would be delivered to our satisfaction. Needless to say, the event went great and we are thankful for the excellent communication and execution.

EPI went above and beyond for our Saint Leo University Commencement Ceremony! From start to finish, the team at EPI was professional, organized, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They handled every detail of our commencement production flawlessly — from lighting and sound to staging and livestream — ensuring the event was both seamless and spectacular. Their crew was responsive, courteous, and clearly experienced in managing high-profile events with precision and care. They truly understood the significance of the occasion and helped bring our vision to life in a way that exceeded expectations. Countless attendees and viewers commented on how polished and heartfelt the ceremony felt, and we owe a great deal of that to EPI’s hard work and dedication. We are so grateful for their partnership and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class production company. Thank you, EPI, for making such an important day unforgettable!
